How to Handle Competition
Every business has competition and how you handle your competition will determine your success or failure.
It’s pretty common among tennis professionals to believe that a bit of competition around the corner is a good way to keep you motivated and driven to grow your business and to get more clients.
So if you want to beat your competition then focus on these three items
1. Community-get involved in your community to reach out to everyone in your area
2. Marketing-You need to be using Facebbook, Twitter, You Tube, and Email
3. Results-If you want to be the most popular person in your area you have to deliver results

How To Manage Your To Do List
Do you ever really finish your to do list? Like most tennis pros you probably only get through a few items a day and then it turns over to the next day. Here are three tips to manage that list.
1. Get Three Things Done by 12:00 p.m.
2. Try to work from a speed stand point if you only have 30 minutes to get things done meaning to knock out one thing at a time like your email during one period.
3. For your big projects split them up into smaller items so you can complete them over a longer period.

Are Your Employees Happy?
Do you know how your employees feel about their jobs?
Checking in with your staff about their happiness and satisfaction about their job can help you retain them. Try to book a regular appointment every month or quarter to ask your staff whether they are happy at work and what you can do to make them happier about their position. This is a must if you want to really know how they feel.
Don’t wait for the annual review to have this talk, your staff member may be thinking a whole different thing in regards to where they are with their job. As you know situations change over time and moods can change accordingly. Asking these simple questions not only shows your staff that you have their back, but can improve their job performance and the success they get from it.
You need to maintain open lines of communication with your staff so that you can talk about issues before they become real big problems.
Don't wait until there is a problem to find out how your staff really feels!
